For over 15 years, I’ve worked with men who were struggling with changes in their appearance.
At first, they usually came in for practical reasons.
Concerns about thinning.
Questions about treatment.
Curiosity about options.
But after a few conversations, something else always surfaced.
Fear.
Not about hair.
About confidence.
About dating.
About relationships.
About how they were being seen.
Many of them said the same thing in different ways:
“I don’t feel attractive anymore.”
“I don’t recognize myself in photos.”
“I’m worried this is permanent.”
“I feel like I’m falling behind.”
And almost all of them believed they were dealing with this alone.
They weren’t.
